Best customer service on any app I have ever downloaded on Shopify and any other platform. I never leave reviews, but I felt obligated to based off of the service I received. I wish they had more than 5 stars as Judge.me staff is well deserving of a higher rating to set them apart from the rest.

Judge.me seems to have all the core features you could imagine for a review collection app. Their interface is great and they are well integrated with Shopify. I was especially happy to see a very responsive support team. They responded instantly whenever I needed any help, from setting up the review widgets to the review emails. I also had one support staffer jump into my Gempages landing page to add some custom code because the Judge.me widget wasn't available for that type of page. She also took all of my requests to tune the look and functionality of the block in Gempages to exactly my liking. Overall, great app, even better support!
