I worked with Hakima, she is very nice, fast and solved me problem under a minute, its not my first time when i contact them to solve me an issue and all i can say its just cant get any better, strongly recommend their costumer support!

Love this app! They make it super easy to get awesome reviews for all our products! Customer support is also top notch- claudio helped me resolve a problem that I was stuck on and he did it super-fast.

By far the best review app. I don't know how they offer such good service at such a low price point... but I'm not asking any questions. We migrated over from Stamped (absurdly expensive), and Judge.me is wayyyy better.

Very helpful with a bug in the app where it would not add the reviews and star rating widgets within the shopify Block. They manually added custom code within the page and those can be dragged as needed.

Best review app on the app store with top notch customer service. Have this on multiple stores as well as all the stores under our agency

I had a large-scale issue of my own doing, so I asked for help, and in no time, I had the answer and fixed my site. Love it when I can get answers quickly to an issue.

So far so good on this reviews app. I am using the free version as well, which doesn't allow for customer imported photos or videos and that is one thing I am considering upgrading the plan for. It seems to be a quick and easy process for my customers to leave reviews, because I am getting them frequently in comparison to another app I used prior.
