It's a good, robust app. Takes a little time to learn the ins-and-outs, but it's full featured and I had a top notch experience with the support team for a little customization.

I used to use another all-in-one app, but it had way fewer settings and the layout wasn't great looking. Especially when it came to translations. Now that I've switched to Judge.me, the translation part is a huge advantage. Our customers can much more easily understand the review process and the rewards they can get. It also gives us a ton of different settings and reports, so we can manage customer situations more effectively. The customer service team is super responsive and helpful too. Highly recommend it. A couple of suggestions: it would be better if it could more clearly prompt customers to upload photos with their reviews, and if there were more design options or choices for the email templates and how reviews are displayed on the store page.
