We have been using Judge.me for a while and it is a robust application with all the functions you need to manage reviews, and a very efficient and fast support. We have opened a second site recently and the review system was part of a different app so we did not use Judge.me at first, but we decided to remove the other app and go with Judge.me for the second site as well based on our positive experience on our first site.
