I like the customer support a lot, very fast to help. Though as a seller who does lots of event based sale would have loved to get a way to post those customer reviews as verified one as well.

This app has been helpful for getting reviews at the beginning of my journey. Not only can I ask a customer for a review, but I can ask someone who received a product as a gift! This is by far my favorite review app! Aside from the features and ease of use, getting assistance on issues is nearly instant. I was having a domain issue and it took less than 60 seconds to resolve the issue.
