Great app, intuitive & simple with enough features to tweak to get it how you want it. Perhaps more than anything, every time I've emailed customer support with an issue (for example, fixing a CSS colour that isn't included in the front-end widget) they sort it out and reply almost straight away. Couldn't be happier - this is one of the must-have apps for a growing shopify store.
