Since I've been using Judge.me, the support I've received has been nothing but amazing and super quick. My latest contact was regarding a formatting issue for the Reviews Widget and I couldn't resolve it. I went onto chat and initially got an AI agent which was super clever and gave me a couple of things to try but that didn't work. So at a more sociable hour, I asked for human help where Oualid has just responded in less than a minute, knew exactly what my problem was, requested a collaborator's connection to my site and has fixed it within another two minutes! Easy to implement in the way that we wanted, great looking widgets, easy and comprehensive review requesting options, easy review moderation, easy to import reviews from Etsy, and great and prompt support from the team when requested. I am certain Judge.me has boosted sales.

Personally, I struggled setting this app up for myself and it led to some embarrassing situations - wrong images shown and things looking wrong. However, Felix was super helpful and assisted me gently and patiently. So thanks Felix.. hopefully it all works smoothly now.

I was getting totally frustrated trying to install Judge.me through Shopify and then I noticed a help you line ,dealt with a bot ,which did not help me and then Kima ,a live person came on line , who was calm,professional,read my situation and quickly helped install the app.I was greatly relieved and very impressed with the service given.Ten out of ten !

Very good App and easy setup. I wish there were more settings options for the texts. For Germany, it would be necessary to distinguish between formal and informal forms of address in the message texts. But overall I really recommend this App.
