It's so nice to know there's a human behind the app! Every issue I've had has been resolved in a very timely manner. They update you and are available on the weekends, when I'm open. Their chat times are not long and you truly feel supported and as an online business, our reviews are everything to us.

Normally, I feel like customer support on most apps will explain to you how to fix the problem you are having, but not Judge.me! Igor fixed both of the things I wanted changed immediately.
