Einer der wenigen Shopify Apps bei denen ich gerne bezahle! Der Kundenservice ist ausgesprochen freundlich, schnell und hat mir direkt mein Problem im Code und Design anpassen können. Die Review Widgets sind sehr umfangreich und schön gestaltet. Es werden automatisch Mails mit Review-Anfragen an neue (und bei paid auch alle bisherigen Kunden) Kunden geschickt. Der gesamte Ablauf ist super und unkompliziert. Nur für Design Themen braucht man scheinbar den support, was mich aber bei diesem Service überhaupt nicht stört. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Great app! Has everything you need to collect and manage reviews, super easy to set up and has been a game-changer for our website. Customer support is also lightning-quick and super helpful, they were able to troubleshoot and go into detail about the issue I had. Definitely recommend it, and we will be confidently using this app for the future.

Spoke with Andrew through online chat to resolve an issue I was having with layout. While looking into this he also made a suggestion to improve the look of the ratings and made adjustment. The app is good, but it's now even better with what Andrew did. A+

We've been using Judge.me for a couple years or more now and always have experienced A+ customer support even when our questions can be a bit complicated, they do their best to find a solution. Would like to mention Oualid who assisted me with recovering some lost reviews during our migration to shopify. Judge.me is great value for money and we're happy with all the features and widgets included.
