I wanted to change the local language wording of the review collection page as it was automatically translated from English in a very awkward way, that would put off a potential local reviewer. I was informed by Support that this is not possible and the best they could offer was that they create a ticket and forward it to the product team as a feedback so they can consider this in future updates. It is difficult to understand why such a simple translation issue cannot be fixed right away. UPDATE: The judeg.me team was very helpful in finding a solution, and they managed to fix the entire translation process within a few days. It’s now working perfectly. Hats off to them in terms of customer focus.

This app has made my shop beautiful. It's the number one review app, but the support is also great. Support person Binh used a video to show me how to check my browser settings to resolve the issue of reviews not showing up on the site. Customer service is helpful when you can't figure things out. I find the app a bit confusing but they were really good and patient about walking me through the steps needed.

Judge me replied so fast, I've not seen service like that for a long time. Their portal and product are excellent. They are clearly striving to improve their service.

AI assistant was helpful at first, but couldn't solve my issue after all, so they directed me to a human agent (Cassiano) who was able to fix my reviews widgets. Quick, friendly, effective - much appreciated :)
