Absolutely amazing. The onboarding was quite smooth but the best part is the customer support. Very quick and thorough. The chatbot itself was unlike a chatbot. And the human agents actually take the time to go through the chat to support in the best way. Really appreciate the absolutely swift support.

I really love how easy this is to use and how many features are built into the free tier. It's a really great tool for gathering reviews automatically and it works well. I wish there were more ways to fit the style of the template more closely but it works fine as-is.

Mi experiencia con la aplicacion ha sido la mejor, ya habia probado otras y son muy dificil de instalar y configurar todo, pero Judge ha sido muy facil todo, solo a lo ultimo tuve un pequeño problema de configuracion con las reseñas de uno de mis productos en tienda y Felix un colaborador me atendio y me ayudo con todo el mismo me resolvio el problema y modifico algunas cosas para mejora de mi tienda les doy 5/5 ESTRELLAS
