Problems with Shop app reviews syncing. Support told me to wait 24 hours and let them know if it's still a problem. If it was they would look into it further. 24 hours later, it's still a problem, so they blame it on the Shop app. I check with 2 of my competitors who I'm also friends with and they show no problem on their end with their latest Shop app reviews in 48 hours publishing fine. I mention this to support and was basically ignored.

I had a theme change on my website and some of my reviews were broken. I had tried everything myself to fix it and was stumped. I jumped in a chat and got help immediately and they fixed everything. I am a huge fan of this app and the support is excellent.

Judge.me is an absolute must have to build trust and with verified user reviews it does just that! We are a brand new store and I rely heavily on Judge.me to build trust with my customers. Honestly just as good as the apps charging hundreds of dollars for the same exact features. Judge.me has been awesome coming over from Loox. I have everything I need and I'm paying way way less. Loox didn't get me any more/better reviews than what Judge.me is getting.
