Just switched from Okendo because JudgeMe has all the same features except it's $250 cheaper. Can't beat $15/month! As soon as I downloaded, someone was available on chat to immediately help me with any issues I experienced adding the widgets to the site. They immediately accessed my store and made all of the customizations I needed. Absolutely amazing so glad we made the switch.

The in-store form does not allow for scrolling so my customers cannot leave a review while in my website. I have spent many hours with chatgpt trying to solve it, but solutions are not working. I cannot find a simple solution on the judge.me website and the Help Center is just articles for me to comb through.

Super fast response to my question, even at 1:30 a.m.! Brilliant customer service and the product is amazing, no wonder they have nearly 30k 5* reviews! :D

Great experience with this app. It skips customers who reviewed already, which was my concern, to avoid spamming our clients. It also lets you pick to send review request of 1 product only or all of them and you can select with reviews you would like to publish.
