Had a little issue with 1 of the widgets as it didnt show any stars but only squares. The team fixed it immediately. No idea how but they fixed it. Very happy with the quick customer service and how fast it was fixed after trying for days myself.

Reviews work as intended and support is seamless. I had an issue where a customer reviewed the wrong product and they allowed me to move the review to the right product without issue. Just something to note is that if you're a store that sells multiple products of the same kind but as different versions, such as apparel where you have the same tee blank but with different designs, the reviews will only show up on the page of that one design instead of all the product pages. If you want to set things up to have the reviews show up on other pages, you'll have to create product groups which are only accessible through the awesome plan.
