Great app, really easy to setup, merged previous reviews across from Stamped.io with ease, and some great features such as automated coupons for reviews and referrals, and google review feeds.

I added Judge.me to my bookstore on Shopify and I am thrilled with the experience and with how easy it was to include reviews I had on Amazon and have them appear on my new website. The interface is just beautiful and was easy to customize and for my customers to easily share their reviews for future customers. I highly recommend.

Was having a few issues with receiving review notifications and imports. Was assisted by an AI bot initially but then a live person, Felix, jumped in quickly and worked to resolve all my issues. He even took initiative to help change the color of my stars and adjusted the reviews on my homepage to make them more seamless with my theme. He spent almost an hour with me. If this is the service I get with the free version, I can't wait to see what the service will be like with the paid version. Excellent!!

Really fantastic customer support. I encountered some funny bugs building with Gempages. Judge.me AI tech support resolved my first 3 queries instantly. For the one remaining niggly bug, their human tech support got their hands dirty straight away and fixed everything. Really amazing experience.

Awesome support, its a great app and every time I've had an issue I've been able to get onto someone straight away and they are great to deal with. I've even had some support staff help me with issues that turned out not to be even related to the app but elsewhere on the store!

I'm switching to this review apps because I want to cut fixed costs, and this app, with its free plan, is quite comprehensive. I'll eventually upgrade to a paid plan. But from what I'm doing (importing reviews, adding photos to reviews, etc.), this app works great. And the chat service has already solved two problems for me! Genius!
