Great app. Easy to install and fantastic customer service! When I needed some advice about importing reviews from Trust Pilot, Soufaine was on the case and swiftly got everything set up.

We've usually had good experiences with the Judge.me app. Easy to use, affordable, responsive customer service. However, they are currently having an issue - the Judge.me reviews are not properly syncing to Shop App reviews; only random reviews are synced - which has brought our Shop App review average to 2.5 stars. Reached out to Shopify & the app support team. Shopify can't do anything, and app support said they are having problems with this right now but have no ETA on a fix. This is damaging to the business's reputation and sales, to say the least. Unfortunately, it's one of the problems that should NEVER happen with a review app.

Very good app, even with the free version you can do a lot. I had a problem and the support solved it quickly!

This is my second installation of Judge.me app. The ease of set up and the selection of templates and placement options are fantastic. Support is never more than 30 minutes away so that is great especial for business around the world.

Abraão was amazing! I updated my products and did a 301 redirect on them. He transferred all of my reviews like it was nothing and made my day. If he's working with this company, I know it's a good one.

This app is a great way to capture your customer reviews. The support is fantastic, they are really quick at answering questions and actioning things in your shopify if you're unsure. Highly recommend.

Judge Me has all the features for a good review app with user-friendly backend interface. It is also easy to import reviews from other platforms. Their service crew who assist in resolving issues were fast and effective as well. I reached out to them when I faced hiccups in importing and it was resolved in less than 10 minutes. Really helpful!

AMAZING SERVICE! I was tired and couldn’t figure the widgets out at 3AM. I was on the app and got stalled in one section for a while. The chat opened and a representative asked ME if I needed assistance because they could see I was stalled in the process! I agreed and in 5 minutes it was working perfectly! Thank you! Will recommend to everyone!
