How is this so affordable?? So easy to set up, 10/10 customer service, lots of custom options even on the free plan. Very quick responses when I needed help and they went out of their way to help me. Only request is that they make this a full our service so that we cna have a loyalty program attached to it like Yotpo does (but theirs is so out of our price range at $200/month). So been struggling a while, to get my reveiws on collection pages, with several e-mails. So today used the chat instead and Soufiane literally asked for access and it was done in like 2 minutes. I now have lovely reveiw stars showing on collection pages. What a gem. Such a great app.
