I subscribed to Judge.me and immediately canceled the subscription, as I always do to prevent automatic renewals. However, all features were instantly deactivated. When I contacted customer support, they asked me to purchase another package, which would have charged me an additional $15. This feels misleading and unfair. Be cautious before subscribing.

I really do love this app. I can't afford to pay for it, but the free version is EXCELLENT. And they make importing reviews so easy!

Our review rate has been much lower with Judge me and they don't send follow up emails if a user didn't open the first email but will if they did. Its backwards logic. I hate that I am not in control of how my customers get emails some programmer is and they always think they know best. I wish we had never used this platform.

Easy to use & integrates into Shopify easily. Have been using this for several years & just upgraded to their Awesome plan!

Great App. Very good features especially that the review request isn't sent more than once. It observes customer preferences to not receive marketing emails. V good overall.

Judge.me has the absolute fastest support I've ever seen. If there is a problem (which is rare) they are on top of it the moment you reach out. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Amazing app! The free features are already very powerful. Buyers can easily leave reviews, and as a seller we can publicly reply or request buyers to update their reviews. Sharing reviews directly on social media works smoothly as well. The AI chat support in the bottom-right corner, combined with human support, is fast and helpful. Once our sales grow, we’ll definitely upgrade to the paid plan. Highly recommended!

レビューの見た目含め，CSSで細かいカスタマイズが可能。 ドキュメントも用意されていますが，チャットで聞くともっと的確に 教えてくれます。 個人的に5日間以上悩んでいた事が，カスタマーサポートのチャットの アドバイスで，一瞬で解決しました！神サポートです。 レビュー機能自体も素晴らしく，無料版でもかなりの事ができます！

So far so good. I seem to get all of the support I need, and I like customisability of the widgets.

The developer team, especially Binh, helped me with customizing their review and rating widgets to fit my theme. Binh took less than ten minutes to fix all the issues. The widgets look fantastic now. Thank you! Would highly recommend this app!

This app is great and must have on any shopify store.. Even the customer care agents are extremely helpful.
