Application fiable sans mauvaises surprises, avec un support réactif et attentionné qui prend le temps de répondre et résoudre les problèmes, malgré le décalage horaire.

Je n'ai pas encore une grande experience de l'application mais je peux en revanche dire que le service d'aide est tres réactif et soutient nous autres utilisateurs, ça rassure de pouvoir compter sur les aides en cas de besoin pour débloquer certaines situations.Bonne continuation et merci pour votre aide.

Easy to use app and really makes a difference in how easy it is to setup, and setup correctly so it integrates the products and analytics seamlessly throughout the different Google service, such as Merchant Center, AdWords and Analytics. The support team is also very helpful and answers the questions right away through their built in chatsupport! Very recommended app if you want the best service and setup for your store :D

The new Shopify Markets feature is a great help. I wish the user interface was a little more user friendly, but the support team actually helps when difficulties arise.

Simprosys always has the best, most in-depth support you can ask for. They always go the extra mile with support not only related to the app but to the merchant centre as well. Their support is quick and well educated, the app works like a charm as well. + The pricing is pretty good. I'm not sure what the competition is like, but I don't have to try either

This app is terrible and not user-friendly. I used it for 3 months and my Google Merchant Center account was suspended for “Website Needs Improvement,” even though my website was perfectly fine. When I reached out for help, they never responded to my emails. The app also sends way too many unnecessary product links to Google Merchant Center; most of them weren’t even from my website, and I have no idea where they came from. I only have about 500 products, but this app submitted data for over 121,000 product links. Because of this, my account was suspended. Thankfully, after Google’s manual review team checked everything, the issue was resolved. But this app and their customer support caused the problem in the first place. I don’t see why I should pay for a service that provides no real solution and ignores support requests. Avoid this app, it’s not worth the trouble.

Seems really good and straightforward compared to my last plugin when i was using WooCommerce, My merchant center and G ad account got banned think it was due to migrating to Shopify a new setup and i didn't update and integrate things straight away! Ankita has been most helpful advising me on how to get this reviewed. One step at a time my Merchant center is back and now my ads account finally, so thank you! I look forward to getting going again with Google ads with Simprosys :)

I reached out the support again today. They responded in less than 2 minutes just as usual. I had problem with custom label and feed rules which had affected my ads in Google. Saad has fixed it in no time. Thank you guys, I highly recommend your service to everyone.
