I had major issues with my Google Merchant Center feed showing currency mismatches between product prices and shipping. Even though my store default currency was AUD, I needed to sell across Europe, the UK, and the US with correct feeds. The Simprosys team quickly identified the issue and explained that because WooCommerce was set to AUD, shipping was also being pushed in AUD, causing Google errors. They fixed the problem efficiently and made sure my feeds were consistent and approved by Merchant Center. Their support was fast, professional, and really understood how multi-currency and Content API feeds work. Now my products are syncing correctly, and my international ads can run without disapprovals. Highly recommend Simprosys if you’re running multi-country Google Shopping campaigns. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Too early to tell about the app since I just installed it, but the support is outstanding. I asked for help with a special feature and 48 hours later it was installed and working. I assume others had requested it and it was in process, but the fact that the person on chat knew it was coming and offered to see to it that I had it in 48 hours was indicative of a well run company. Bravo.

I’ve been using Simprosys Google Shopping Feed for a while now to setup the Google feed, and I’m really impressed. It makes connecting my store’s products with Google Shopping. The setup was quick, and syncing feeds happens reliably without many errors. Support team is helpful, i would suggest using this app specially if you are targeting multiple countries.

The Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app works really well for managing product feeds. It makes uploading and syncing products with Google Shopping much easier. The interface is user-friendly, and it handles categories, product updates, and feed management smoothly. Support is also responsive and helpful whenever issues come up. Newbie, but Simprosys really solved an issue with our Google Merchant account. Support is super responsive, through chat during office hours, and good to have someone on the other end who is used to dealing with these types of issues. There bulk editing tool is absolutely fantastic. And the ability to have default product settings allows all new products to be immediately Google compliant. We're back up with Google when I was ready to throw in the towel. Very pleased.

This app is really awesome. Google Merchant Center is such a complex thing, all of my products were appearing with errors, the different markets were also not showing, and this app changed everything! Customer support from Saad was excellent, he was extremely patient while we tested the settings with Google and was able to walk me though and adjust the settings on what was a very complex problem to unravel.
