We moved to using this app several years ago and have found it works much better than the google channel. Firstly it has great customer support and secondly you can refresh the product feed and meta fields so changed you make in shopify are pulled into your product feed in the merchant centre. There are many other features too where you can make changes to the feed without changing shopify. I would recommend this app!

Excellent customer service. Fast response time, explaining the issues and deploying rapid solutions. Using the Symprosys Google shopping feed for 4 years now, instead of the native Shopify feed. This app allows more customization, and tweaking your feed to get your products approved quicky in Google Merchant Center. We have increased our revenue with this app. I highly recommend.

I've only just started using this app and have no clue so far regarding Google Ads etc as I've just started learning all the processes myself. I thought there was an issue with the tagging, despite having done everything correctly as far as I was aware as there were some error messages in Google Ads display. However, when reaching out to help with Simprosys to see what I'd done wrong, Mohib chauhan in support was extremely helpful in showing me that all was well and it was just a matter of time before the status symbols changed, which saved me trying to change things around and messing it all up! All seems good so far with the app, but the support is definitely excellent.

An excellent app for transferring product feeds to Google and Facebook. The support team is always ready to help and answer any questions. I had some difficulties setting up the data transfer correctly, but the support team got everything sorted out and corrected my errors themselves.
