very good customer support! better than google&youtube sync app on shopify store if your product has many variants and you dont wanna sync all of them to the GMC

Simprosys customer service is amazing. I went from having 95% of my products not approved on Google to having all the changes made and everything approved within a matter of a couple of days. Every question I asked was answered promptly and I feel they went above and beyond what I was expecting them to do. Ashvin was so helpful and is a great asset to the customer service team. I am so happy with this app!!! I gave 5 stars, but would have given 10 if I could!

We’ve been using the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app for our store, and the experience has been outstanding. The app makes feed management so much easier, and the amount of control it gives you is insane compared to every other solution we tried. But what really makes this app special is the support team. They answer fast, they know what they're talking about, and they actually solve the problem instead of sending copy-paste replies. We had a very specific technical question about metafields and product titles, and they guided us clearly and professionally even sending us the exact method to achieve what we needed.

One of the best apps I use on Shopify. I rarely have any issues because everything is very clear, and whenever I contact support, they always fix things very quickly.

Great app for ensuring products list well on google feed and in ads. Hopped on a call with Saad and he was really helpful in getting my account set up.

This app does require some time to configure and we only use it for Google Merchant Centre feed at this stage, but the support team have always been very responsive to any questions relating to the functionality and more importantly providing technical help in relation to Google Merchant Centre feeds, certainly more that the actual Google support team.

Good help from support. Unfortunately it's not possible to adjust product titles from all languages in the Simprosys interface (this means you have to use supplemental feeds).

During onboarding and dealing w/ multiple accounts and domain issues - the support team was able to quickly engage and setup an XML feed to get over the domain issues. Huge help given our speed to market and deadlines. Impressive customer service all around!

What I love most is that they constantly improve the app and add new features, making it better with every update. This is necessary part of doing business online and this definitely an app you can use, but it's also the customer support. They walked me through the details of why I kept seeing errors from merchant center. In my case, I had the Google & YouTube channel that was sending conflicting information. Just needed to disable that. Also, category colors are not the same as Google's color field, so Ashvin helped me sort through the process and made sure I knew how to do it myself with screenshots and step by step guidance. The only downside to all this customer service, you have to be online during IST business hours. Not a terrible price for something that can be basically free sales. Good luck, hope this review helps with your decision making. Update: It's not just Ashvin that is super helpful, there's also Smriti. Spent the time to dig through and figure out why our Meta Product feed was showing many out of stock. We make extensive use of the Shopify Bundle app, so once identified, it was just setting a toggle to get it working. Prior to that she also diagnosed why the google merchant feed was suddenly showing a pricing error on only some items... turn out we had temporarily disabled our product schema app, which was now not reporting any pricing information to compare with the landing page and the feed.
