The Page Builder itself is a bit harsh. Although the support team is amazing, as you can reach them basically 24/7. But what makes the support team really good is that guy called tony. He is willing to help you as much as he can and has a lot of knowledge, when it comes to Gempages and also the A/B Testing Software GemX.

Outstanding Support from Tina & Jeremy I reached out to Shopify support for help with adding an “Add to Cart” feature and updating my cart settings. Tina and Jeremy were absolutely exceptional. They were patient, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step — even following up proactively and completing tasks on my behalf. I’m not very tech-savvy, but they made everything simple and stress-free. Truly grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Support from Sinclair at GemPages I spent five days trying to resolve an issue that kept my page offline. I was bounced back and forth between Shopify and GemPages, and despite multiple collaborators looking into it, no one was able to fix the problem. That is, until Sinclair stepped in. It doesn't work with JPEG image formats, total waste of time. We tried to request a refund only five hours after payment, but they make you provide so much evidence. It’s just another way of wasting time.

You still build the pages yourself, but with Gempages it’s super easy. No code needed, lots of options and very smooth to work with. Support was quick and genuinely helpful.

Great support, always helpfull. I recommend this app for all begginers and advance people. I like to have full control of my funnel and here i have this.
