I got scammed with their 30 day money back guaranteed promise. I had a surprise deduction with my Shopify plan for $29 while I used the tool for only 9 days for experimentation. I cancelled it later on and asked the support if I am going to have funds deducted. the support told me no deduction will take place and it will be covered. Scam be aware before you subscribe.

I had a difficult time integrating COD Forms. I tried every possible solution, but the issue wasn’t resolved until I contacted support. I worked with the team for an entire day — some members did their best to help, while others weren’t quite up to the task. Then I met an angel named Pauline. Despite my frustration, she remained professional, patient, and capable, and ultimately solved the problem. I sincerely thank her and commend her for her excellent support. I also encourage the team to develop a faster and smoother process for integrating COD Forms, as many of my friends use it and face similar challenges.

The tool works very well. But what I'm most impressed with is the customer support. If any problems arise, they are addressed immediately and the issue is resolved. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Used to be great, but has gone downhill since the V7 upgrade. As of late it feels like they're doing everything they can to put previously accessible features under new, more expensive paywalls, just to squeeze every last dollar out of marchants. Which would be understandable, if the app was still great. It's not. Everything went to the toilet since V7. They constantly push "upgrades" that take several minutes "re-optimizing" your pages before you can get in the editor to make any changes. That too often freezes. I've found myself locked out of the editor due to an "upgrade" at crucial times. Anyone who hasn't used this yet, I recommend you install something else.

So far so good. Like Canva but for landing page building. I had a few hiccups where I got stuck & customer service (Tony) was on point and very responsive on the weekend to help me get my landing page up asap so I can start running ads!

I am new to Gem Pages as recently created a Shopify store. I am definitely no web developer so having the team readily available to field questions and troubleshoot beyond the extensive guides has been extremely helpful. Jeremy has been very proficient in assisting me with all of my issues, creating very easy to follow directions and creating loom videos which is excellent as I can keep them incase need it down the line. Also being able to cut and paste into the message box is only a small thing but very helpful. I'm really enjoying this app and looking forward to becoming more familiar with all of the amazing features.

Had issues with my page not displaying properly after I created it.... Thankfully Mona was real good help at resolving the issue fast, everything looks great now and works as intended
