Absolutely terrible experience. So many times we've run into GemPages limitations and errors—it's beyond frustrating. Publishing errors, progress not saving, and losing work are constant issues. I strongly recommend anyone considering starting with GemPages to avoid it at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Their live chat support is utterly useless—like paying $1 a day for a VA with zero knowledge. They simply listen to your problems and pass them on to a "higher team," which takes an average of 3 days to reply. My website can't afford to be broken for 3 days—it’s just not worth the money lost on GemPages.

At first, the app might feel a bit complicated, but after just a few minutes, it becomes easy to use and very intuitive. It's simple, efficient, and incredibly valuable. I’m genuinely amazed that this app is free! The support team is outstanding—I reached out at 10 PM and got a response within minutes. They were kind, and respectful, and solved my problem in seconds. Truly impressive! My rating: is 10/10. Excellent job!

Have been using GemPages for over a year now and it does everything we need. A huge bonus is very fast and responsive customer service team. Can definitely recommend if you're looking to create customer landers, including PDPs, collection pages and advertorials etc.

We're finding GemPages extremely helpful in developing our new Shopify site. The learning curve takes some persistence, but once you explore it properly, you realise there are not many things it can't do. It's by far the easiest way to build a slick looking Shopify site that we have discovered. The integration with other applications such as Judge.me and Klavio is also seamless.

Good beginner app - very slow & lots of issues overall. It is extremely simple to use and has a ton of great features but the biggest downside is all the bugs in the app. Pages are constantly breaking (not showing correctly), taking a long time to load & when building pages, it often glitches if you work on it for more than an hour. You get what you pay for in the price. If you have a simple easy store, go for it, but know you will need to upgrade in the future (which sucks after the work you put into this)
