Had ran into a very niche problem with a specific GemPage template, and could not anything even remotely close to a solution on google or youtube. Reached out to the support team and they very promptly responded and were able to manually write additional code into the theme to fix the issue. Again, such a niche and uncommon problem and they were able to fix it in a couple of minutes. Nothing but praise for this team.

Customer support is 10/10. They are willing to help almost immediately, even helping you build custom sections for your pages.
