Service level: 10,000 / 10 – lightning-fast replies, crystal-clear explanations. Our conversion rate skyrocketed right after launch. I am using this app for my product page. Just started to use this app. It was super easy to install and is working seemlessly with my shopify theme. I found all the design and customization options I wanted in easy drag and drop UI. The Chat Help was very helpful and quick to resolve the doubts I had.

Kiran was very patient and helpful. He took his time to answer my questions and provided screenshots every step of the way. I had been struggling with about 6 issues and he sorted everything out quickly and clearly and I was able to complete my landing page. I also got to explore other features as well. I wish the app had an affordable paid plan for stores that want between 1 - 5 landing pages only since the free plan has just 1 page and the first paid plan is unlimited pages.

GemPages allows us to unleash that creativity and bring it to life, giving us the opportunity to create the best user experiences for our customers online. The platform may seem daunting to non-technical people initially, but it becomes easy after a few uses. The customer support is also very good. Everyone is kind, whilst giving meaningful responses to help get the job done. Quick shoutout to Tony for his outstanding assistance that he's provided for us.

The application is generally above average, so it's good. I'll tell you about its problems. 1) There are a lot of errors in the application. If you encounter these errors, you may even need to delete the Shopify store theme. 2) I talked to about 3 different Customer Support representatives, none of them could solve my problem, and these problems were very simple problems like 2+2=4. They only give copy-paste answers and are extremely incompetent.
