Very good app/page builder in general. There could be some improvements/guidance/instructions on implementing custom data on GemPages vs. native Shopify so I was considering giving 4 starts with that in mind. However, the GemPages support team have been nothing short of exceptional helping me. I would recommend GemPages as a page builder for Shopify to anyone considering.

It is a great builder, and it is easy to understand how to use it compared with other builders we tried for our store. Also, they have excellent customer support, which tries to find solutions if you stick with some problems.

Great customisability, amazing customer support, impactful but simple to use features. Would recommend this to a lot of people who are just getting started, or for those with lots of experience. Has everything you need.

I am new to Shopify and GemPages but GemPages so far has been amazing. Their customer support is great, they have live agents who answer very quickly and send thorough steps for resolution. Would definitely recommend.

Since I started using Shopify in 2021, the first page builder app I used was Gempage. I have to say it has provided a lot of help for my web design work. First of all, it has a lot of rich functions. Whether it is a hero banner or a video, you can easily add it. You can even set the scrolling dynamic effects of the copy and pictures, so that users can interact with the page instead of scrolling down boringly. In addition, I also want to give a thumbs up to their customer support team. You can receive an online chat reply within 1 minute. They have always been very patient in helping me solve my questions.

I love designing my landing pages with GemPages. It’s very easy to use, offers a lot of options, and has great support! I believe they’ve also improved speed, as the pages I build with this app score highly on all PageSpeed platforms. Thank you so much, GemPages! This is my first time to use GemPages, and the result surprised me very much. I have been using pagefiy before. Compared with pagefiy, I prefer GemPages, because GemPages are easier to operate, have good interaction, solve problems in a timely manner, and the staff are very professional. I've been a paying customer for about two months and waited until I got a good sense of Gempages' support before I wrote anything. I was a little skeptical of all these good reviews but the support/dev team has been nothing short of amazing. It's like their on my team, literally. Anything I needed help with-- including custom work-- they didn't hesitate to provide and, quickly (even with my asian time zone). They deserve all the praise they've gotten. Upgrade, it's worth it.

Great, easy to use editor and page builder. It's made setting up landing pages and special product pages very simple.

Working with GemPages has been an upgrade to using only the Shopify editor. I recently reached out to the help team, and I was able to resolve my problem in 5 minutes that included updated coding and a video on how to make the changes.

Really easy to use and has many functionalities. The customer support is the best thing about Gempage. Always there to help, and answer quicky! I recommend this app to everyone!
