I’ve been using this free gift add-on app, and it’s been working great so far! The setup was easy, and the features are exactly what we needed for our promotion. Mina and Harry are also quick and helpful whenever I have questions!! Overall, highly recommended!

So far the app has been very easy to navigate and intuitive to use. And the Support team (Liam and Mina) has been very responsive and helpful with the the questions I have and fixes that needed done when setting up the free gift features on our shop.

This app has been an amazing experience. At first, I didn’t think it would work because I’m using a website builder, but the team made it happen. We have been using the Bogos app to offer a free UV lamp to customers who sign up and place their first order with our brand, Ohora. While the app initially worked correctly, in the past few months, it has started adding the free UV lamp to non-eligible orders, such as customers’ 2nd, 3rd, or even 5th+ orders. This creates a very problematic customer experience, as we are unable to explain to returning customers why a free item appears in their cart without them qualifying for it. We contacted the technical support team multiple times, but unfortunately, they did not provide a solution and instead claimed that the issue was caused by Shopify. For an app this expensive, it is extremely disappointing that such a simple and fundamental rule, “gift only on first order,” cannot be reliably handled. We hope the team will address this issue urgently.
