The forms are great. The UI could use some improvement and a few more features, but overall I'm a fan. The customer support is excellent also.

Very deceitful developer. There was no 7 day free trial and $204 USD was paid. After getting no response for three days, i've had to make a claim with PayPal. App was rubbish too.
