Support is top notch. Occasional time zone delays, but that's just how things are now a days. We have been using powerful Contact From Builder by Globo for several years now. We also have been using their other apps, such as - Search and filters: https://apps.shopify.com/product-filter-and-search - Upsell and cross-sell: https://apps.shopify.com/partners/globo when support is needed, which has not been very often, then are quick to respond and make sure our requirements are met as needed.

Buggy: after spending hours creating the form, when you visit the form page and then close it, part of the form remains stuck in the menu and on the pages you visit afterwards.

APP does everything we need! The customer service is amazing, and Emma was really helpful! From answering questions to implementing customizations, she really made us feel supported and resolved all the questions from us effectively. It'd be really nice if Date Time input is part of the Premium plan though.
