If I could rate lower than 1 I would. We received only 2 out of 10 form submissions in our trial run. Their support fixed an issue on their end in early Jan and said it was done, but we didn't receive form submissions again from 2 customers overnight. Going back to our old provider that worked perfectly. This is probably the most useless app around.
