APP does everything we need! The customer service is amazing, and Emma was really helpful! From answering questions to implementing customizations, she really made us feel supported and resolved all the questions from us effectively. It'd be really nice if Date Time input is part of the Premium plan though.

Fantastic support, they had an actual human (thanks Emma!) who updated the CSS for a form to match my website. The reason for 4 stars is that the Pro paid plan should include the "Date Field" form element, it's a pretty basic feature :)

The only issue I've had so far has been user error and Emma was extremely quick to respond. The form builder has performed perfectly and was very easy to integrate.
