Support is top notch. Occasional time zone delays, but that's just how things are now a days. We have been using powerful Contact From Builder by Globo for several years now. We also have been using their other apps, such as - Search and filters: https://apps.shopify.com/product-filter-and-search - Upsell and cross-sell: https://apps.shopify.com/partners/globo when support is needed, which has not been very often, then are quick to respond and make sure our requirements are met as needed.

APP does everything we need! The customer service is amazing, and Emma was really helpful! From answering questions to implementing customizations, she really made us feel supported and resolved all the questions from us effectively. Fantastic support, they had an actual human (thanks Emma!) who updated the CSS for a form to match my website. The reason for 4 stars is that the Pro paid plan should include the "Date Field" form element, it's a pretty basic feature :)

The only issue I've had so far has been user error and Emma was extremely quick to respond. The form builder has performed perfectly and was very easy to integrate.
