So far, so good! The app provides the form functionality we've been seeking, and support was prompt when we had a question!

The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.

I've had some trouble getting the form moved around on the Shopify page. I started it on the bottom, but then wanted to move it to the top of the page this change is not executing no matter how many times I refresh or update the settings. And actually what I REALLY wanted to do is put the form in the middle of the Shopify page, but that function is not available.

I am not good at technology at all! Juan has been absolutely amazing helping me through the process of making the form I created mandatory in my collection of data. He's been patient and understanding. He created a video to help me with future forms and is willing to help me if I'm struggling again (which knowing my tech I will definitely be reaching out). Hulk Form Builder is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features that cater to different form needs. I encountered some small issues while using, but the customer support was very responsive and helped me resolve it quickly. I would recommend. The app isn't necessarily the easiest to use, but the customer service is GREAT, and they will walk you through the process.

i had an issue with some conditional logic and form options showing incorrectly and Danko fixed this so quickly and offered alternatives to make the form look neater and run smoother for customer experience. A++ service.

Very good app! They helped build a custom feature to prepopulate one element of the form based on the page the form is opened on. It works perfectly, I'm grateful for the support! I do wish there was an option to remove the "Powered by HulkApps" from forms on the free plan, as we did not require the pro features, but had to upgrade simply for that.

So far, so good. My only quibble is that the conditional logic is limited. For example, I'd like to be able to check a number field for greater than or less than conditions. I'd did a workaround, so no problem. Other than that, the app is excellent.

Vedran is the best! He is proactive and helped me with my request quickly and smoothly. This app is great as well. Definitely recommend it to other users who are looking to install a third-party form app.
