Have been using this app for years, along with other apps by the developer. Love all of them. Recently ran into an issue where my forms weren't loading on my website. Reached out via chat, and within minutes I had a response and a collaborator request. They did their thing and fixed whatever the issue was - all within 10 minutes of opening a chat. Overall great app. We were able to incorporate a form on a landing page for applicants to provide details that help us determine if they are a fit for our program. Great option to customize a form to match the aesthetic and font styling so the page is cohesive. Customer support is responsive and helpful.
