Hulk Form Builder has made it simple for me to get information from my customers, with notification and their entries sent right to my email. The form was easy to for me to give a professional appearance and provided many options for customization (one of my fields is to select one of 50 states from a drop-down menu). Today, I wanted to search for a form that can be used in Shopify for customers to fill in, I searched a few times and found that there are three versions of “Hulk Form Builder”, due to the limited amount of money provided by my boss, I chose to use the free version, I found that it meets my needs, but due to my limited experience, I couldn't use it properly, then Vatsal came to me like an angel, he showed me how to do it step by step like he was teaching a child. Great product wonderful service. As a developer the fact that you can add custom CSS in the app is super. I was able to speak to a rep that understood code. She looked into the html of the iframe to give me the selector i needed to target in my css. Thumbs Up!!!!

Very helpful to make custom application forms as they let you have unlimited fields and the forms have conditional logic. The service is good too they answer relatively quickly.

The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.
