We are a Pro+ subscriber. We paid their development team $249.99 for a custom feature. Their developer rolled out a half-baked solution to production without testing it and checking with us if it worked as intended. Now we are losing revenue every day due to this change, and they are unable to roll it back (either because they don't care, or they don't know how, probably the latter). We have sent them multiple emails, but they have not responded to a single one. Their live chat team just keeps making excuses and apologizing, but they don't know much and have no say in the matter. Shop Circle is a highly unprofessional company with developers who don't know how to treat customers or how to communicate with them. They treat paying customers like crap. I highly recommend staying away from this company and it's products.
