Danna was unbelievably helpful today. She spend several hours with me while we fixed my problems with my Shopify account. If she had not been so helpful I don't know what I would have done. Her patience was off the chart. I am a novice at working with Hulk App and Shopify so it was hard for me to get through the process. Without her help I would have been totally lost! Creating forms was incredibly easy! Even without any technical knowledge, I was able to get the hang of it quickly. Shopify was doing some updates to their Thank You page and Hulk Apps needed to do some work on their end to make sure the update was seamless. I reached out and they immediately helped and got the coding up to speed. Great service and great communication.
