We use Hulk forms across multiple pages on our site. We recently found a glitch in them that altered the submit button. Vishal took care of it immediately and with great customer service. We really appreciate it!

Incredible service. I opened this app for the first time and was able to get to a point where i needed some help. I was so happy that when i reached out for help on chat and was directed to a live person "cristian" who not only answered every question, but also assisted me to get my form working. I would HIGHLY recommend this app. Cristian deserves a raise for sure.

I wanted something a little different for my form. I wanted the form to be in a Collapsible Row on a product page template. Support from Hulk was able to make that happen quickly and at no additional charge. We've just started using the form feature, but so far it's great.

Great and easy to use app, even better customer service! Ken quickly replied to the chat and sent me a helpful video showing me exactly how to reorder the items on my form. So far I am using and testing the free version. I have had a little hard times at the beginning to launch it but since we found a problem, I can definitelly recommend.

There's no customer chat - A bot maybe which is absolutely useless and keeps directing you to links. Edit: The team reached out to me quickly after this review. It's worth the purchase. Hulk Form Builder does exactly what I need it to and more. As our business is heavy consulting, we rely on data collection and these forms are ideal. The cost is competitive, forms are easy to customize and aesthetically they look very professional. My best experience has been working with their support; It's like I can contact them at any time in the morning or night and someone is available to resolve any issues or help and very quick to provide the right solution the first time. I highly recommend!

Ken was super helpful and responsive and really went the extra mile. Hulk has amazing customer service.

I hate this app. While editing it suddenly reverts your changes. Even after i pressed saved it removed all my changes after a couple of minutes. If you're further down while editing and scroll up then it reverts your changes. It's impossible to create a form with this app!

Still new to the app, but wanted to leave a review for the customer service. Shoutout to Vatsal. Getting help was super easy and they were kind and patient. A good support experience makes me more inclined to stick with an app especially once ready to scale and move to a paid service. So far so good, thanks Hulk form builder!

I learned I need to upgrade to the Pro Version to achieve what I want, but it was presented nicely and I'm now confident I will enjoy the upgrade. SAn they offered to help me implement which is huge. Thanks!

Very comprehensive form builder with sufficient customization options. I tried a number of form apps and this was the one that actually worked with my Horizion theme site. There was a small glitch with a form in Safari and their support team fixed the issue right away. Highly recommend this app!
