Easy to build forms into your shop. I had some coding issues with a link I included; I contacted customer service, they were quick and very helpful to fix the issue.

I dont think i have ever went out of my way to try to log in just to make a review but they really deserve a 5*. Although I am just using the free version, i am happy with it that i actually want to switch to the paid version once i set up some advanced conditional logic. This app is great and very extensive.

So far I haven't had much time using the actual form. I had to contact support for help with integrating the form onto our page. how can a form generator cannot send mail to its subscriber, and need to have :specialist to do setup.. this is a scam..
