Today, I wanted to search for a form that can be used in Shopify for customers to fill in, I searched a few times and found that there are three versions of “Hulk Form Builder”, due to the limited amount of money provided by my boss, I chose to use the free version, I found that it meets my needs, but due to my limited experience, I couldn't use it properly, then Vatsal came to me like an angel, he showed me how to do it step by step like he was teaching a child. Great product wonderful service. As a developer the fact that you can add custom CSS in the app is super. I was able to speak to a rep that understood code. She looked into the html of the iframe to give me the selector i needed to target in my css. Thumbs Up!!!!

Very helpful to make custom application forms as they let you have unlimited fields and the forms have conditional logic. The service is good too they answer relatively quickly.

The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.

I've had some trouble getting the form moved around on the Shopify page. I started it on the bottom, but then wanted to move it to the top of the page this change is not executing no matter how many times I refresh or update the settings. And actually what I REALLY wanted to do is put the form in the middle of the Shopify page, but that function is not available.

I am not good at technology at all! Juan has been absolutely amazing helping me through the process of making the form I created mandatory in my collection of data. He's been patient and understanding. He created a video to help me with future forms and is willing to help me if I'm struggling again (which knowing my tech I will definitely be reaching out). Hulk Form Builder is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features that cater to different form needs. I encountered some small issues while using, but the customer support was very responsive and helped me resolve it quickly.
