This is my second time installing the app and Joyce was able to assist me throughout the entire process. She was able to identify and resolve all issues with ease and guided me through the most effective and efficient way of syncing all previous data through Facebook. I look forward to seeing better tracking in the next few days but I have no doubt that their customer support will be here to solve any remaining challenges I may face!

The app can be expensive for a complete beginner, however, it is effective and does the job properly. Also, they have got an amazing 24/7 support team.

Switching to this app has been a completely different experience. While it’s a bit pricier, it’s nothing compared to a dedicated ad account budget. The interface is modern and intuitive, and customer support is outstanding. Noel helped me set everything up, ensuring no duplicate pixel events and proper configuration. This level of support is exactly what I needed. While we’ll need more time to assess the data accuracy, I’m feeling very positive about it.
