I have been using the app for two years or so and I did not have any issues. However, today I noticed some issues with pixel and event tracking on the website and I contacted support. They helped me very quick and effective. I recommend the app to every Shopify merchant. It is very important to have correct tracking data. 5 stars!

Facebook Catalog feature is BROKEN. Reported the issue to the support which has basically done nothing if not promising deadlines that were not respected. This is affecting our ads and sales. BAD.

Do not install this app. Support is slow, and when they do reply, they promise deadlines that are never met. If you rely on Facebook Ads for your business, FORGET THIS APP

We have been using the app since September 2022. The app works great to push our data to our meta pixel from Shopify. We had a major issue with the tracking (checkout didn't track) and Ben was able to resolve it within minutes. Really grateful.

Slow support, slow update feature, fix a bug for several months is not finished. Every time I need to update the catalog, it is full of errors and I have to send a support message. Update errors also do not notify users
