NEW EDIT: After quite some time, I managed to solve the problem with the help of Facebook and Omega support. It took a while, but it was resolved. I appreciated this, so my rating has gone from 0 stars to 3 stars for now. I will now test the app for a few months to give my final opinion, comparing it to Wetracked. NEW EDIT: 0 (ZERO) STARS. Do not install this app: readers won't regret it. They made me lose a lot of money and time. After giving them another chance because I felt sorry for them and because they offered me a free subscription, I realized that they know nothing. They kept me waiting for more than 10 days asking me for all sorts of information, they made me lose money, time, and health to tell me: “We don't know how to fix it because everything is fine on our end, you can change apps if you don't like it.” On Meta, in Event Manager, every day a new error related to their data sharing pops up! Don't trust them, they're not professional. Most of the time, no one answers you because they have strange hours and no one works on weekends! Endless disappointment! Go to other apps and professional services that really work and don't mess you around. EDIT: After my review, they wrote to me saying they would resolve the issue and answer my questions. Days have passed, and every time they say “later” and pass the buck to the dev team for something trivial. They made me lose money, and I felt cheated by their deceptive behavior. Don't trust them! Do not install this app. I signed up for the paid plan and the app isn't tracking data correctly. There are errors in the meta pixel that they can't fix. They've been putting me off for over a week. Because of this, I've been making bad decisions about ads for almost a month. I feel like I've been taken for a ride. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. It's a waste of money, and the customer service team is constantly changing, so they never know how to help you. I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0.

Ayuda al instante, quizás se toman mucho su tiempo y eso puede ser un poco contraproducente pero realmente la respuesta es instantánea. Quiero destacar a Kaylee, me ha hecho seguimiento personal incluso fuera de horario de trabajo, me ha ayudado en todo momento con problemas ligados al pixel y mi empresa. Sinceramente no confiaba en nadie mas que en ella y se percato de que eso no cambie, brindándome ayuda personalizada mas que el resto. Gracias kaylee y su equipo

This app is extremely useful for keeping a close eye on your ads. You can see at a glance how your campaigns are performing, which makes it much easier to take data-driven decisions: scaling what works and stopping what wastes money. This helps a lot with optimizing ad spend and saving budget. On top of that, the support team is fast, friendly, and very helpful whenever something comes up. Definitely recommended for anyone who takes advertising seriously.

I’ve been using Facebook Multi Pixels for quite a while now, and after running multiple ads, A/B tests and retargeting campaigns, I can say this app has made my tracking setup so much easier and more reliable.
