After giving them another chance because I felt sorry for them and because they offered me a free subscription, I realized that they know nothing. They kept me waiting for more than 10 days asking me for all sorts of information, they made me lose money, time, and health to tell me: “We don't know how to fix it because everything is fine on our end, you can change apps if you don't like it.” On Meta, in Event Manager, every day a new error related to their data sharing pops up! Don't trust them, they're not professional. Most of the time, no one answers you because they have strange hours and no one works on weekends! Endless disappointment! I have been using the app for two years or so and I did not have any issues. However, today I noticed some issues with pixel and event tracking on the website and I contacted support. They helped me very quick and effective. I recommend the app to every Shopify merchant. It is very important to have correct tracking data. 5 stars!
