is the worst app ever, FACEBOOK and META and instagram are sooooooo DIFICULT to conect... 4 WEEKS TO review your store... WOW.. so much money and a lame APP.. and of course CERO custumer service.. there is NOT. ...... shame we are forced to use this chanels to have sales... f u mark z. you can do better than this pice of s.

I am unable to connect my facebook store to shopify and only can connect instagram store to shopify. There is no option to select to connect facebook to shopify!

O aplicativo é sensacional! Facilita muito a vida do lojista com tamanha agilidade e sincronização. Porém o tempo de avaliação para ser liberado é um pouco demorado, poderia ser mais rápido utilizando uma IA. De qualquer forma estou muito satisfeito. Super recomendo!

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

Überprüfung des Shops dauert und dauert und man weiß leider nicht, ob noch was fehlt, weil man nur zu allgemeinen Hilfeseiten weitergeleitet wird, wenn man "Mehr erfahren" anwählt. Man kann die Werbefunktion der Vertriebskanäle so lange auch nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Ansonsten ist die App bestimmt okay, aber noch bin ich nicht in den Genuss gekommen.

My Experience with Facebook & Instagram I've used Facebook and Instagram for years, and both are great for staying connected and sharing content. Facebook is excellent for keeping up with friends and groups, but it can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times, with too many features and ads. Privacy concerns also pop up occasionally. Instagram is perfect for visual content and following creators, though the algorithm often favors ads over posts from people I follow. Overall, both apps are user-friendly, but improvements in privacy and ad balance would be appreciated.

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only. Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links. Meta support is null!!

I have been haVing a dfificult time attaching my instagram to my store. Ican attach facebook.vERY HARD TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. No help withe the chat either.
