I always give positive reviews, but almost 3 years ago I lost my personal account and never received the necessary help to recover the account. I followed your recovery instructions more than 7 times and was never able to recover the account. Now I'm trying to connect my online store with a new account and I haven't been able to connect it either. It says that my accounts are already connected to a shopify store. I'm not sure what that is about, but I cannot figure out how to even disconnect the accounts. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but it still will not let me select my meta accounts.

While at times complicated for a beginner like me, it's a thorough Facebook integration that seemingly doesn't leave any stone unturned. It's comprehensive in its documentation, but complete at that! So far I am enjoying the experience.
