hi , i just connect my meta with shopify and the problem i'm facing is that my pixel account is not being showed in my ads account

I understand that certain data needs to be exchanged between my Shopify site and Meta in order to facilitate a purchase. However, like almost every app on this platform - there is no reason an app needs to have access to all of my customer data and more. If I sell 5,000 products and only one order on Facebook, why do they get access to the 4,999 other customer's data? I think too many times folks click through all the 'Accept' buttons and never have a clue that they are opting to literally share all of their customer's private data with a 3rd party. I have a privacy policy that states I will not share customer details with 3rd parties...and I'm going to stick with that.

Having problems posting on instagram it seems FB has audio and instagram does not. I have a second issue I would like to mention, I have been threatened for the past several months from someone saying they are meta they say I have violations and copyright infringements. I have replied may many times, and all i get back is the same old messages saying We have been trying to contact you. Then after a few months they say I am being sued for something. I have requested SO MANY times that they should send me exactly what the problem is so I can address it directly. but this has been going on for months now. Can someone at META contact me directly and stop this harassment.

This app is easy to use but when you run into a snag, i.e. advertising or shop approval. There is not straight forward explanation of the issue and how to resolve it. Also, no individual customer support assistance to help.

what a total pos this app is. the integration sucks. sending test traffic to it from FB BM also sucks

The app seems to be buggy. Instagram and Facebook shop routinely get disconnected from my Shopify catalog, and I lose ability to tag products in my posts without any explanation or notice from either FB or IG. Every single time I log into the app on Shopify, I get the message that my "shop is in review" even when I make no changes whatsoever to either my Shopify catalog or Instagram/Facebook shops.

Nice to have a free app that helps with social media advertising but would love more features in shopify

The link between the three apps are poor. I wish that, whenever I have a new product, the listings will automatically reflect to Instagram and Facebook apps. Its so annoying to have to go into the separate page within shopify, add my new product, then to have it approved. If these were auto connect, I would rate 5 star and be a forever loyal user.
