Facebook keeps suspending my new account, I have no ads, no posts or anything that would violate their policies. I just opened it to start posting and they suspended me, I had to verify my account, which I did, facebook unsuspended me and as I was starting to update my account, they suspended me again, and all I did was add my profile picture. This is the most frustrating thing I have come across since starting to build my website. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

I have downloaded Facebook & Instagram app on my Shopify store on 28/6/2024, and it is taking to long to be reviewed by Facebook & Instagram team.

Great easy way to manage FB + IG Shops. Only issue we have is unable to find the actual URL link to these live Shops. Would be great if we could know where that is.

Seems to have issues with Weglot and other translating services. Sales not being attributed in Ads Manager.

Can't get it to work, or sync up or get support with it. Will have to delete my shopify account because if it doesn't work, then its pointless to me

Os App's são muito bons mas por erro de configuração dão alguns bugs enviando para outras url's que não a da minha loja especiicamente. No mais são uma ótima ferramenta para ajudar a aumentar o faturamento.

Challenging. I had to guess my way around and Instagram help haven't even responded to my request as to why my shop tagging system is not working and saying "no product catalogue found". I have resorted to asking Shopify help and hope this works. Challenging when its your livelihood depending on it.

the app is not able to integrate the pixels between shopify and meta, and did not reflect the Ad camping results, we can not read the camping results, in addition Advertising cost high without a real income, its lead me lose the camping,

My shop is placed under review for days and i am still waiting for the approval so i can finish setting up my ads.

Shop nicht genehmigt ohne irgendeine Info was nicht passen soll? KOMPLIZIERT Ich möchte einfach nur meinen Shop in INSTAGRAM haben, wieso muss ich dafür erst sämtliche Schritte in FACEBOOK??? absolvieren, Einfach nur umständlich, veraltet und nicht zu empfehlen
