It was painful, maybe because of my lack of knowledge, I tried to self help but after 4 days I contacted Meta, the most patient meta employee introduces herself, this was not a quick fix and it took 2.5 hours to resolve, sharing my screen she guided me though the issues, explained the and resolved my issues, top marks for support from Meta.

still waiting for our shop to be reviewed. It has been 7 working days. No support available. Not a good start.

I'm not being able to connect the app with my Facebook account, I'm receiving the message: "You don't have access. This feature isn't available to you yet." And I don't know how to solve the issue.

Diese App ist gut doch schwer u verstehen. Support ist leider nur in Englisch. Das Synchronisieren verstehe ich nicht den Produkte und Kategorien muss ich selber eingeben, leichtes zuweisen der Produkte habe ich nicht gesehen. vielleicht dauert es 24 Stunden bis man erfolge sieht????

5 months on shopify waiting for my review to be approve. i have a lot of followers and traffic on instragram and customer service said it only can be approved when i have followers and traffic on facebook, but my mainly customers are from instagram, so there is nothing i can do, and i really think its unfair not having facebook and instagram active on my Shopify because of this. very very upset with this

I have just learned about facebook and Instagram and I love this app. Even though I have lot's to learn about it. I wouldn't know what to do without it

Mit Facebook und Instagram kann man sehr Groß werden und ebenfalls damit arbeiten und sich viel Möglichkeiten ermöglichen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

It doesn't work. My store has been under review for over a month despite all the items being approved and when trying to setup the store through the app, it crashes every time. Stuck with a business advertising through Facebook and Instagram which can't link its products etc...

I am so confused! First finding where to create and optimize my shop was almost impossible. Second, the sample pictures show the highest price of my items. I have different prices depending on what size t-shirt is ordered. It shows the highest price instead of the lowest. I'm not tech savvy and really trying hard to figure all this out. Very fustrated.

Not very intuitive for sellers. Not connecting well from Shopify or Vendoo and other platforms I need FB and Insta to connect to. I never know what my shops look like and if they are connected to my collections on Shopify from one minute to the next. Shop editor is so far not easy and not user friendly. I had an issue also connect my payment method and the IT team has been working on it for going on 3 weeks now and I don't hear anything back from them unless I reach out. I paid for ads for two weeks and that is hindering me from any gains i've made with those. Has been terrible as a seller so far.

Las políticas de Facebook con respecto a la promoción de bebidas alcohólicas no son nada claras. Un artículo te lo permiten y otro con el mismo formato y características no lo permiten, solicitas una revisión y lo único que sucede es que la automatización lo vuelve a revisar y te lo restringe, pero no te dice porque, solo que las políticas de comercio no lo permiten. Algo que me pasó. Un archivo decía vino de culto, que es algo inofensivo y significa que un vino es excelente y que es muy buscado, pero para los algoritmos significa algo así como que es una secta. En otro hacia referencia a una bodega que se llama Anónimas Viticultoras, tampoco me lo permitieron. Y después varias formas de verbos que si los dices de una manera no valen, pero de otra si. Ni se os ocurra mencionar la palabra sin sulfitos añadidos. Al final, suprimiendo palabras, te das cuenta de como funcionan los algoritmos de Facebook, ya conseguí tener todos los productos aprobados.

I can't understand anything and been trying to connect for 8 months now.. very complicated.. bad instructions

Tengo comprado un dominio a mi nombre, validado etc... Según me dicen, perteneció a otro usuario en el pasado y parece que está baneado, no puedo recuperar ese dominio para usarlo en nuestras redes sociales. ¿Solución? Literalmente no hay, no pueden hacer nada. Así que nos tenemos que fastidiar y perder dinero en nuestra tienda.

Diese App macht Dinge wie Facebook Pixel, Werbungen schalten Produkte im Shop synchronisieren mit Facebook & Instagram etc. etc. alles viel einfacher. Funktioniert super und in wenigen Sekunden. Daumen hoch!
