My shops were approved today and were active. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it due to pixel issues and not being able to find the pixel attached to my store to create ads and while doing the installation I have been told that my shops have been disabled and I have not followed the community guidelines.

Horrible experience, its not intuitive and no instructions. One of the worst apps on Shopify. I am struggling to just do the basic setup and connecting my instagram with Shopify. They could have made it seamless but the apps seems too rigid and full of bureaucracy. I left few messages and no one called, so not an easy way to even get in touch with someone.

Our Facebook and Instagram account have been disabled for almost 2 weeks and we have done all the necessary steps to fix this issue. We have all the information required for our account submitted. We need to fix this issue so we can continue selling on Facebook and Instagram. No one has been able to help us with this ongoing issue.

Honestly nearly everything I have experienced with Meta for Business has been terrible. So many random errors, transient issues with cookies, account verification issues. Nothing has gone smoothly or worked first time at any point in the past year. I honestly can't believe the size of their ads business given how poor the experience as a business is. That said, I did eventually (with much refreshing) get my shops set up on instagram and facebook. I've yet to successfully tag a product in a post though - wish me luck.

Me gustaría que la aplicación de Instagram fuera igual en móvil y en ordenador y que dejen programar todo tipo de contenido a veces te ves limitado si adjuntas tu producto además de poder dejar tu link de la tienda online con mas facilidad.

Taking more than a day is terrible. The Meta company should review the account and allow to start marketing a product within a day as Shopify starts allowing to set up the account within hours and sell the products. Waiting for meta approval not only become a reason to waste of money but also waste time

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc. Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there for many years. same BOT that gives same answer al the time... if your BIG corp, no problem small or medium size.... forget it

How do you reach a real person??? It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to reach a human for help with my Facebook account. I've sent messages after messages just asking if someone could reach out to me to guide me to fixing the issues I am having. It has been over a year and still not one Facebook help support person contact me. So, now my accounts in limbo. And costing me money. Ps. I don't like TikTok really. But, easier to get customer support help there than Facebook. Which is ridiculous because of Facebook size and standing. " If I could get Facebook customer support a half of star ⭐ I would. And that is being kind"

I am unable to connect my facebook store to shopify and only can connect instagram store to shopify. There is no option to select to connect facebook to shopify!

O aplicativo é sensacional! Facilita muito a vida do lojista com tamanha agilidade e sincronização. Porém o tempo de avaliação para ser liberado é um pouco demorado, poderia ser mais rápido utilizando uma IA. De qualquer forma estou muito satisfeito. Super recomendo!

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

Überprüfung des Shops dauert und dauert und man weiß leider nicht, ob noch was fehlt, weil man nur zu allgemeinen Hilfeseiten weitergeleitet wird, wenn man "Mehr erfahren" anwählt. Man kann die Werbefunktion der Vertriebskanäle so lange auch nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Ansonsten ist die App bestimmt okay, aber noch bin ich nicht in den Genuss gekommen.

Been greate and we are still waiting for a review but the service and the easy step to step guide is just wonderful!
