Easify Product Options was a game changing app for our business. It allows us to offer highly personalised products, and it also integrates seamlessly with the Theme, so it doesn't look like a bolt-on, which the previous Option app we that used did. There are some small improvements that could be made, which would lift this to a 5 star rating.

They were very helpful and quick to respond to our concerns. Excellent customer service as well. Lich and Daisy were very helpful with all of my questions.

Doesn't work with shop channel hence 3 stars. I make custom wood flowers and customers NEED to be able to select the colors they want for their arrangements. So this is a big kink in my business and I am now forced to look for an alternative for that. Otherwise it's great app and has worked for my site otherwise. Also the support for the app is really excellent. Tracy was great to work with and explained the lack of shop channel support to me.

Quick helpful response and great app, havent used a lot of the features yet, but so far I am impressed, Daisy was very helpful

Great app. Honestly, you would think Shopify would provide some of these features out-of-the-box. It doesn't. Thank goodness Easify exists. Definitely a must-install if you're building a theme that requires a solid user experience. Highly recommended.

I found this plugin really easy to install and set up—it integrated smoothly with my store and didn’t take much time to figure out. It gives you a good range of options for customizing products, like text fields, add-ons, and live previews, which is exactly what I needed. At one point I had an issue with how it was displaying on my theme, but support got back to me quickly and fixed it within a day. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference. For the features it offers, the price is very fair. Overall, it's solid value and does what it promises without overcomplicating things.

Easify is very user friendly and anything you might not be able to figure out on your own quickly, their customer service will step in and assist.

This is a great tool and I highly recommend it. The customized product preview function is great and the customer service team provides professional assistance.

So easy to use – and support is amazing! I’ve been using Easy Product Options on a few of my stores, and honestly, it just makes everything so much simpler. It handles all the customisation options I need without messing up the product pages. But what I love most is the support team – they’re super quick to respond and actually helpful (which isn’t always the case with apps!). Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve sorted it out straight away. Big thumbs up from me!

Great customer support, a feature is not working as it should they will work on it (options based on shopify variants), but Tracy was really helpful to find another solution and custom design also the options!
