Had a problem with custom options not showing in my orders due to a conflict with the theme i am using. Mari promptly solved the issue and now everything works great. If you need custom options there are no better apps than this. highly recommend.

We recently moved our store to Shopify and explored lots of different apps to help with gift bag customisation. We ended up trialing and liking Easify for our purposes. You can see a live example of this app in use on our site here: https://www.storybookcakes.com.au/collections/christmas-under-20/products/christmas-gift-bag-gold-bows-3-x-cake-in-a-mug We did have some issues with picking slips, cart views and invoices, but went back and forth with Easify support many times and they were able to help us come up with a good solution to our problems. Many of the problems were due to the way Shopify itself is set up, rather than any inherant Easify issues. Originally our component parts of the gift packs were listing separately in the cart and invoices, but they now are grouped together which works much better (and is essential for our team to pick and pack the correct components into the gift packs). We also have a slight issue with our component parts that are $0 or $.50 showing up on our store - we have followed Easify suggestions for hiding them from search, but they were still coming up on recommended product sections. We have now hidden them with code. We also use Easify Inventory Sync as the components of gift bags are also individual products available for sale, and this is going well as well. About half our orders have included a customised gift pack since we went live a month ago, and we have not received any negative comments from customers so everything is going really well.

Excellent 24/7 support. All of the team at Easify are very knowledgeable, and resolve any issues very quickly and efficiently.

Had an issue with the custom selections not showing up on the order page. I reached out for support and was told they had to look deeper into the issue and would get back to me within 48 hours. Well a few days went by and it honestly slipped my mind but I went back to the email thread and picked up the conversation. After a few moments the issue was resolved (even placed a test order to confirm). They even provided me with documentation on how to get the customizations to print on my packing slips as well. Even with the lag in response initial, they were able to see our conversation history and get everything squared away.

It so good to work when you chat with someone who really gets to know what you want. Clove guided me through the whole process and even created a short video to use whilst I build the store up. Really appreciate the fact that I knew nothing but guided me through. Thank you and highly recommend it.

I love how easy it is to create option sets and the price for such a variety of options is amazing in itself. I have had other option apps that were more expensive and didn't do nearly half of the stuff I can do in this app. It's easy to navigate and the customer service is the cherry on top. I've had to ask for help on a few things and someone always gets back to me and is so helpful. I love this app and tell all my friends who have a business like mine to get it!

So far so good. The app is easy to use I'm learning as I go because I am new to this but I must say they have a lot of built in examples that you can customize and that really helps a lot and save so much time. Thank you for your quick response when I had a question.
