We had been looking for a app to replace our dependency on the built-in variants. After looking through the Shopify App Store, we decided to test the Easify Custom Product Options. It was easy to setup, but unfortunately, we have an old store theme and some of the features of the app weren't working correctly. I had no hopes to be able to get it to work, but still decided to contact the Easify support. Anne in support was really quick to answer, and asked to be added as a collaborator to try and fix the issue. She soon escalated the issue to the dev team, which of course made me feel better that I wasn't just being dumb. A few hours later, I received an email about the issue having been resolved, and after testing, everything was working wonderfully. We are really happy with the app and Anne's support, this makes our lives so much easier, since we now don't need to maintain all our product variants with difficult pricing calculations, now everything is in a central place where if we change it there, it changes on all of the connected products. 10/10, would install again, thank you Anne!

i have ran into multiple issue whilst personalising and some of it i have been unable to do as its a back end problem, i have reached out to support witch replied immediately and got it all fixed and corrected, also helped me with different options to make my personalisation look even better

I initially left a positive review because of Clove’s amazing help on a previous ticket. However, my overall experience with the app’s support has gone downhill. The general support is extremely slow, and most agents seem to know less about the app than I do. They often say something isn’t possible when I know it is, and I’ve ended up solving most issues completely on my own. The main problem is that serious bugs in my sets take days to be fixed. It’s now been 2 full days plus the weekend 4 days in total and nothing has been resolved. I can’t make my sets live, which makes the app completely useless at the moment.

Just downloaded this app to help out with product options and extra add ons. So far, I'm absolutely loving it! I have a laser engraving machine as well as over 100+ variants on the leather products I make currently. This up will allow me to expand and grow my business the way I had envisioned. The image upload will be game changer. No more chasing customers and waiting for their replies. Quicker dispatch and a professional addition we can customise, to our website theme. Anne was also great to speak to, she was able to collaborate with us while were still in production of the new website.

The tech support is very fast to respond and they spend time on your issues. My experience so far as been positive both in setting up variants, as well as getting help to overcome issue or seek product answers.

stopped working suddenly after months of use - all customizations lost for customers upon adding to cart. We had to do a lot of back and forth to get their customization requests after the fact since they didn't come through during checkout.
