We encountered an issue where the text box content was not appearing on the order page. Liv was extremely helpful and resolved the problem in a timely manner. Now that the issue is fixed, we are ready to begin using the app and its functions.

Just got started using this app, and it's working great. I used another app for years and I chose this one instead because I can link add-on products to my product pages so those add-on items actually appear in the checkout and I can get product reviews for them. The customized swatches for variations work great - makes for a very nice layout. And the support team is very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.

I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. Highly recommend this app. I have even upgraded to a paid plan, and it has paid itself off already

Highly recommend this app! I used 3 different apps before for product linking, option variants and personalization with live preview, and this app can do those things all in just one app! Although the app is already very user friendly and convenient, I noticed some minor issues and had some personal requests while setting everything up. I can only say the customer service and dev team are excellent! They are very kind, respond really fast and are so helpful. They fixed everything I asked for, even the complex requests. Tons of options to customize inside the App. But when I ran into an issue the customer support was lightning fast. They logged in, saw the problem, and fixed it in the code in less than 5 minutes. Other apps that would have take 24 hours and 3 emails back and forth.

I had a few questions setting up testers and Anne was helpful; she helped me arrive at the answer I needed to fix things.

This app provides an impressive amount of flexibility once you learn how to use it. The support team is responsive (thank you Mari! There is room for improvement and I hope they keep developing this because its the best we've used so far.

Terrible customer service. They messed up my website's code and washed their hands of it, blaming an external app, even though I sent evidence that the problem was with Easify Option. They told me they would help me within 48 hours, which is terrible for any business. I definitely don't recommend them.

Tracy on support was amazing, answered all my questions and sorted a custom bit of code out for me, she went above and beyond, can't recommend her enough.

I don’t understand how this app got its rating. Since day one of using it, I’ve run into all kinds of bugs, and it has already cost me **hundreds of dollars**. Even now, the bugs are still happening. There’s one issue that has been “in progress” for **at least four days** and still hasn’t been fixed. Their support is a complete waste of time. If you’re thinking about trying this app, my advice is: **don’t waste your time.**
