The only issue that I would like to see worked on is having a service where you can have your development team set the app up for the customer who like me, find it difficult to understand the process. But with that said Violette was a life saver. She had the patience to work with me which is saying alot! She understood your app when others did not. She is a real asset to your company and deserves a raise or promotion maybe into a trainer position where the other empoyees can learn and be able to solve issues as much as she did. Other employees kept sending me to videos to watch which were not helpful in my case. But Violette stepped up and would go into where my problems were and actually do it for me where I couldn't. Great Job Violette.

The app is easy to use and has many features. They also have a very great and responsive customer service. I highly recommend this app.

Easy to use! I had no problem setting it up and adding my listings to it. I have used it for about 6 months with ease. The possibilities for listings are endless.

Fabricamos columpios para bebes y en muchas ocasiones el cliente nos pide ver como sería el producto con ciertos estampados. Es algo que nos ha limitado mucho. Nos contactan si es posible porfa.

Anne and the Easify team are always easy to work with. They are quick to respond and address any questions or issues that crop up. I needed help with a clean integration into my website for a customization option and they nailed it. I love this app.

When upselling customers with add-ons to their purchase, you cannot offer bundle discounts. Major bummer, because otherwise this app is pretty alright.
