We had serious issues with this app. It glitched and failed to charge customers additional fees for certain product options. Unfortunately, it took us weeks to notice, resulting in over $1,000 in lost revenue. After reporting the issue, the team acknowledged a problem in their code and said they had fixed it, but it reappeared later. The second time, we caught it quickly and reached out again. They claimed it was resolved, but it wasn’t. We also experienced other issues where some listings would break. I asked if it might be related to our theme, but didn’t get any clear answers. Overall, this app caused us lost revenue, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. When I asked for a refund (given the losses caused by their glitch), they ignored the request. At this point, I don’t trust either the app or the team. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to warn others.

Great tool and excellent support. I had an issue with the language settings, but Clove from the support team helped me immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Really appreciate the fast and friendly assistance!

It's my first day using this so this review is only the first impression. I had some issues with the usage of my first template, I wrote to the chat and I was surprised with the great support and customer service of Tracy!!. Real human support not a cold stupid chat.

In the beginning it's a little get used to it, but after I asked chatgpt, I learned a lot and now I can handle it very quickly to costumize my shop. Also the costumer service helped me very kindly with some additional changing in the code writing. Thanks to Anne and Celine, I can optimize everything that needs to be in place. I have been charged after successfully unsubscribing snd uninstalling. I reached out to their "customer service " submitted everything they requested and they literally never responded back. Just left the chat not saying another word. How is this acceptable. I will be contacting Shopify about this experience. Unacceptable!!! And disappointing!!! Update: Easify customer service reached out to me personally to rectify the issue and provided me with an apology and a refund.

Great app, fully customizable for our add-on and bundle needs. We had an issue with the price not updating once selecting add-ons and I chatted with a rep who forwarded to their Dev team. Anne responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours without any further communication which was much appreciated. We love this app and how easy it is to use. Thanks again Anne & the Easify team!
