We’re absolutely happy with this app and the outstanding customer support! The app is intuitive, easy to navigate and set up. The free plan includes all the features we need for our basic products. Initially, we encountered a technical issue, and the product options were loading slowly on our website, but Lin and the team resolved everything within a day. Their quick and efficient support made all the difference. Highly recommend this app to anyone!

Best custom variant options app I've seen yet. Compared to others, the aesthetic is more modern and has a feel of usability, there are lots of options and details to choose from and the customer support is quite seamless. Support responds quickly over the online chat and is very helpful, plus available often (24/7 I think). So far I really like the app. Only four stars as there is still some room for development with certain features such as ensuring the options show in the confirmation emails. Update: I've downgraded from 4 stars to 3. While this is still the best product options app I've come across yet, after using the app for a week I've noticed it's littered with nuisances that make it frustrating to use. There is a lack of consistency and an excess of unnecessary steps. It could be more ergonomic. Some of the features on the app side don't work properly. That said, I think it can get help you complete your goal and set-up your store as needed. The app just needs more fine-tuning.

The help that you receive with this app is amazing. I am not tech savy and anytime I have an issue someone is always willing to help. Today, Lin was able to show me exactly what I was doing wrong to get my options to work correctly and did it very quickly. Thank you so much for being so helpful and making it easy.

I wanted to be able to add a customization field for my product page. The app made it so easy! I was happy to see the customer entered data transfer to the cart. However, it didn't show on the customer's order confirmation email, nor on the email notfication to the store. HOWEVER, there is a fix for this in Easify's help section! They had great instructions on how to edit the code on the notfication emails. I did need help with one of them because my code wasn't matching their example so used their chat feature. They were super quick to respond. Viloette was awesome! She was so quick in email conversations, edited the code for me, and voila! It's perfect and just how I want it to be! Yay!

I have tried 10+ custom options app and this app is the best: ease of use, organization of option sets, conditional logic based on app options OR shopify variants, etc. I was picky about the way the buttons were appearing in my site and Lich on their customer service team was absolutely fantastic to work with. They personally added custom code to achieve exactly what I was looking for. Appreciate this team so much!

I recently started using the app, and it has been fantastic! I was able to create multiple listings with variations in just one day. Once you set up your option set, applying it to other listings is incredibly straightforward. I became extremely frustrated while working on my Easify template so I reached out to chat. Charles and Anne were a tremendous help. Charles sent me a step by step video to get me on the right track and by allowing Anne permission to manage the app on my end, I was able to stop pulling anymore hair out and proceed to building my empire. ;)
