Pretty neat app so far. I needed help with some customizations and Liv was there to help! It wasn't immediately obvious why my option set wasn't working, and I wanted to configure the options different than what was shown. Liv helped look through my back end and then shot some short little videos to walk me through step by step! I'm so glad she was there to help me. :)

This app is ideal for my business having custom made items. It means my customers can see clearly how they need to provide their personalisation for me. Easy for many types of listings and always looking good with lots of personal touches to fit my store. Lich, Mari, Violette and Anne have all been super super friendly helpful and attentive when i have had any questions or issues. Easify really made it easy for me to simply create variations on products. If I was the developer of this app I would be extremely proud.

I was able to count on the help of Clove, who was a wonderfull professional. She helped me with all my questions and a problem I had with the app. I am very satisfied, 10/10.

Zero is not an option. After confronting them about fraudulent activity, by bots following the installation of their product, they begrudgingly acknowledged the problem. Then, proceeded to convince me i only needed the super duper fix they implemented. Also promising discounts, etc Further edit. Now has caused a “card transform function fail” Shopify says notify developer. They should only waste another day of my life I’ve this I relented allowed them to "fix" it. was immediately charged again, but nothing works. I would trust a trust a cat to babysit a pet mouse before ever trusting these people again. Email chain available on request at [email protected]. Dealing with these people is ridiculous. Even after basic functionality is restored additional cost customizations don't work. I refuse to deal with another email from this clown show Further edit. One day after reinstallation the fraudulent orders have restarted on products modified by easify.

Anne was very helpful replying my questions. Have been trying the app for a while and so far I like the ease of use. I hope there were more free options or it was more economical especially for the ones we are just starting.

I had an issue with making a custom option for a product listing and I wanted to get some help on the chat support. I spoke to a representative named Tracy and she was really sweet and supportive. She answered my questions and even though it got resolved quickly encouraged me to come back to her if I needed any further help. She made me feel comfortable and supported that I have somebody to help me resolve any issues so I can fully understand this product and how it'll work with my website.
