Je suis assez casse tête et pointilleuse mais honnêtement je ne trouve rien à redire sur cette application qui me permets de mettre en lumière toutes les idées que j'ai en tête ! I had an issue with the cart total not updating on mobile version and the Easify team, particularly Celine and Clove, was outstanding in supporting me. Not only did they quickly resolve my compatibility issue, but they also customized the interface according to my needs, hiding elements I didn't want to display. What impressed me the most was their dedication: the development team worked actively on the cart issue, and even though it initially required more time, they remained transparent and available throughout the entire process. Celine was patient and answered all my questions, even those about how orders are displayed in the backend. Easify Options has become an essential app for my store and I couldn't be more satisfied with the support I received. A huge thank you to Celine, Clove, and the entire development team for their professionalism and dedication!

A Great Experience with Easify Customer Support! I had a frustrating problem with a file upload option set—the uploaded file simply wouldn't open. Lich jumped in immediately, efficiently worked through the issue, and had it resolved in no time. Not only are Easify apps excellent tools, but their customer support is top-tier and truly makes a difference..

Unbelievably fast and smooth support! I'm totally new and on the free plan but they popped right up as soon as I stumbled and fixed it for me so I could get my new product launch done asap!

I contacted the support team via chat regarding the option feature, and they quickly sent me a video showing exactly how to set up the option I wanted to try. Thanks to that, my issue was resolved. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to the customer support team.

At first I thought this was a good app, it was easy to set up and they quickly helped me add the customization option to my order confirmation emails which I needed to be displayed. However, when doing that, they deleted critical custom code I previously added and overrode my entire code for those order notification emails! There was absolutely no reason for them to touch other parts of my code. If they needed to adjust something, they should have asked me. Anyways, I reached out for help but they were slow to respond and did not revert my custom code back to normal correctly, rather they added their own version of my code somewhere else I could not access or edit so it looked bad and I couldn't even edit it. I reached out and we went back and forth a few times, but the code was still not displaying the way it did originally and they were taking a long time to respond. So, I had to uninstall this app and spend hours trying to fix the issue on my own. Very frustrating experience with this app and do not recommend.

I ran into a problem with a product buy button and reached out to Easify because I had installed a "custom-text" section on that page. Even though I'm still on the free plan, they had it solved within an hour. You can't beat that.
