The support is great. Mari helped me fix a problem really fast.

Support is excellent! Charles was helpful and super-fast with an answer - (I'm betting it's a common question). Any time I've run into a problem, it has taken only a few minutes to get things back on track. It is a longer process than you will think when you first get into it. There is a learning curve even if you've been maintaining your own website for a while. The demo makes things look relatively simple, but it will take you more time than you expect, so plan accordingly. Very happy with the application so far, although we are not yet live.

The app does exactly what I need it to do but the feature I need to really make it work for me is only part of the Pro version and at this point, I don't have enough web traffic to justify it. I'll watch what the POS activity is for this product and will consider the upgrade later. Anne was very kind and patient in helping me figure out what I was doing wrong and the settings I needed to change to make it work.

So far, every issue I've had has been solved.

Seems great so far, waiting on some custom adjustments for my store to make it perfect. But more customizable than other apps I have tried. Anne is super helpful with all my questions, speedy and thorough!

Easify Product Options was a game changing app for our business. It allows us to offer highly personalised products, and it also integrates seamlessly with the Theme, so it doesn't look like a bolt-on, which the previous Option app we that used did. There are some small improvements that could be made, which would lift this to a 5 star rating.

Got it downloaded and had the first option set, set up in about 2hrs. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Just had one minor glitch and Daisy and Clove from the support team jumped on support straight away. It was a matter of going with what the app wants to do and not upset it, by reordering the variants. The app looks good (and cute), with the ability to customise fonts, colours, buttons etc to blend in with your website.

App is great. There are sometimes where assistance is needed but Support is fantastic! Easily accessible and sticks with you until problems are solved. Hannie was great!!

Best custom variant options app I've seen yet. Compared to others, the aesthetic is more modern and has a feel of usability, there are lots of options and details to choose from and the customer support is quite seamless. Support responds quickly over the online chat and is very helpful, plus available often (24/7 I think). So far I really like the app. Only four stars as there is still some room for development with certain features such as ensuring the options show in the confirmation emails.
