5 stars for service. Got it downloaded and had the first option set, set up in about 2hrs. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Just had one minor glitch and Daisy and Clove from the support team jumped on support straight away. It was a matter of going with what the app wants to do and not upset it, by reordering the variants. The app looks good (and cute), with the ability to customise fonts, colours, buttons etc to blend in with your website. There is one downfall where inventory doesn't live sync while shopping, apparently you have to download another app to fix that.

I have quite a big of experience with Bundling Apps and this is perfect for folks that want to have purchases come in under a single cart item. I contact them about an issue I had with my theme work and they fixed in one business day. Great service!

Easify allows the products on our Shopify website to have so many options. This allows customers to customize their orders. Easify is easy to use and the support is amazing. Highly recommend!

Anne is a QUEEN. She helped me when my theme was preventing the options from showing. They are the most helpful support team ever and if you have any problems they help you super quick. Easify Product Options has been a game changing app for our business. It allows us to offer highly personalised products, and it also integrates seamlessly with the Shopify Theme, so it doesn't look like a bolt-on, which the previous Option app that we used did. There are some small improvements that could be made, and as soon as I mentioned those to the support team, they were on the case. Very impressive and worthy of a 5* review.

Easify is great and affordable way to customize your listings in just about every way possible. Their customer support is responsive and helpful. I needed variants to work in a different way, and they let me know they have a beta update they could offer me access to! In a few hours they switched my account over, and I got free early access to some upcoming features. A+ service and support.

Must have app for small shops. As a handmade small shop, I try to avoid paying any third party apps, this one has been very good to get all my listings the way I want and allow my customers to select what they want without hassle. The support team is very responsive to any bugs or issues encountered.

Good support God Near UNUSABLE - You cannot save the simplest the edit or revision without waiting 10 mins - refreshing - and then doing it again. Every time I use this app (when it works its good) I end up wasting an entire 10 hours to make one subset

This app has added a ton of flexibility for me to be able to offer custom products with many different variables. I ran into an issue with the pop-ups (likely due to some changes in the Shopify code), and Clove jumped in immediately and resolved the problem!
