Very handy app and customer support always available for any problem, thanks to Anne for solving many of my technical problems

Not a great experience. If you pay for premium, it is supposed to offer bulk reporting but they are limited to 50 orders per report with no filtering. It is unusable with larger volumes. The following is not true for premium in their documentation: Premium Plan: Unlock the full potential with Premium. You’ll gain access to all analytics, the ability to view the entire order list, and the option to export your orders with Easify options for streamlined bulk management. Also having issues with options on products with bundles. It collects the option data and the customer can see it has been collected through to checkout but the information is missing in the order details and in the poor reporting. After taking a number of orders, we are told the option details are lost. I sent them a video of the issue and not heard anything since yesterday.

New to using it but seems feature rich and easy to use. I've worked with support on a couple of setup issues and they've been wonderful! Jen did a great job walking me through my issues and finding an easy solution. Excited to continue to dive into the features and see what it can do for our store.

Best app I have found for personalising products and the support team behind it are sooooo helpful. I wasted 2 weeks trying to get different apps to work and shopify variants to work but nothing would. Thank goodness I found Easify and the support team - Anne and Clove

This app is so awesome. We where using a different product option app and ran across this app. It comes with so many options and also has Product Preview! The way the app was created, you can add product Preview to any option set you already created. You don't need to create from scratch. We had a minor problem with the Product preview and jumped on the chat with Anne. She helped me with problem and even escalated it to DEV, problem fix asap. Would recommend this app!! I was toying with the idea of subscribing for this app, however I did not want to start my 14 day free trial yet as my website is no where ready to launch. Clove was extremely helpful in helping me understand the features, capabilities and limitations, so I am able to set my expectations right. Awesome. You can enable options depended on logic e.g. products name contains. Perfect for editing thousands of products at once.
