A great App that allows you to add individual options for your products. We did have a few little tricky issues in the set-up when more than one element was combined, but the development team in the HELP section were fantastic.

Support is excellent! Charles was helpful and super-fast with an answer - (I'm betting it's a common question). Any time I've run into a problem, it has taken only a few minutes to get things back on track. It is a longer process than you will think when you first get into it. There is a learning curve even if you've been maintaining your own website for a while. The demo makes things look relatively simple, but it will take you more time than you expect, so plan accordingly. Very happy with the application so far, although we are not yet live.

I love the easify app. It lives up to its name, as it is very easy to use. It does just what I need it to do, and customer service is outstanding. Mari, Hannie, Anne -- they are always there day or night to answer a question or help me when I'm trying to do something more complicated with the app. Because of them, I'm never frustrated with the app or my purchase of it, because it does what it's supposed to do.
