I found this app very good to add some extra options to my product page. I use it to let the customer add gift wrapping to a product and add a personalized note like Happy birthday! :) Did not expect to have so many options and conditionings, very versatile. Had a little problem with personalizing the colours directly from the dashboard of the app, but the support was very helpfull and quick to help me and make the changes i wanted. Also, it is actually a very good deal for only 10 bucks a month.

I'm highly impressed with this app, but even more so with the team behind it. It provides a wide range of features and options, limited only by your creativity in crafting a seamless shopping experience for your customers. What stands out the most, however, is the support team and their dedication to ensuring the best user experience with the app. They are responsive when you reach out and ask all the right questions...

Easify Product Options is exactly what I was looking for for my webshop. Setting up different product options is super easy and flexible. What I particularly appreciate is the user-friendly interface and the variety of customization options. I can effortlessly add unique options to my products without any complications. The customer service is also fantastic! Whenever I had questions, I received quick and clear responses, which is really helpful when optimizing your shop. All in all, a must-have app if you work with customized products

It offers exactly what I needed for my store. And the support was exceptional. They were quick to respond, and efficient. I was helped regardless of how many questions I asked. They did it effortlessly. And they were able to help me entirely with my problem.

I originally downloaded the app so I could offer variants that pulled from the same inventory stock versus the default way Shopify assigns inventory stock to each individual variant. I quickly realized that this app could do so much more for my website. It makes offering customization to my customers so easy and intuitive. The app is very user friendly in my opinion and very versatile with all the various options you can choose from. I had one question when I was setting it up and customer service was very quick to respond. I absolutely love this app, and unlike some other apps, the Pro version is very fairly priced as well. Highly recommend.

Great app! Does everything I need. I had some issues with setting up and support is incredible, Violette helped me through every step and they also have very responsive online chat!

I needed help adding the app to the product page and making it work with my theme. I reached out to customer service and promptly received help. They requested access to my store within shopify after granting access they were able to customize my theme's product page quickly so that I had a buy button versus the variant selector quick list. I'm appreciate the quick response on a Sunday morning!

Once you figure it out, and you don’t always do on your own, it works great. At first I thought about giving it 4-stars because it can still improve on guiding the end user to complete certain steps, but I also have to admit that their technical support is spot on and make up for it. If I was to do it all over again, I’d do it. Highly recommended!

This is my first time setting up a website. I had no idea what I was doing. I make a lot of custom products, and the Easify App was recommended to me. It's been amazing! I was able to figure out most, but for the things I was unsure of, I contacted support, and was greeted with kind, helpful people. Do NOT BUY! THERE is problem after problem with this app. Its working only in moments when "dev"team is online and do something. Next day is coming onother problem. Once they say that the probkem is my theme, next day say that the prpbkem is the app... as i say " problem after problem" and lose money and time.
