Easify is a great app for customizing products on my store. It's easy to use and helps me set up options quickly. The support team is very responsive and solved my issue fast. I hope future updates include features like adjusting width for different devices and cropping images within the app. The design could be improved, but since it's a free version, it's understandable. Overall, it's a helpful tool with excellent support.

Got it downloaded and had the first option set, set up in about 2hrs. Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Just had one minor glitch and Daisy and Clove from the support team jumped on support straight away. It was a matter of going with what the app wants to do and not upset it, by reordering the variants. The app looks good (and cute), with the ability to customise fonts, colours, buttons etc to blend in with your website.

Great app with lots of handy features. Due to Shopify's inventory constraints I needed an outside way to track the inventory of two separate items that go together but that the customer must choose colors for separately and that the inventory must be tracked separately. This app more than covers that need, as well as other features like changing the product photo to match the variant selected. Customer service is very responsive and helpful and they work to quickly solve any issues even if it has to be passed up the tech chain. Shoutout to Lich and Anne in CS for all their help!

Uninstalled this App and still charging?! They were unable to make it compatible to Pagefly Pagebuilder - even after paying for the programming service. It left a mess - so we had to uninstall it. Yet they are still charging the monthly fee?

Unbelievable service from Easify - they made a custom solution for me in a couple of hours, saving me the hassle and money of having to hire a developer to make custom code for the solution I needed to fit my template. Exceptional Flexibility and Outstanding Support We installed this program for evaluation purposes, and it has proven to be incredibly flexible — exactly what we needed for our complex technical product. One of the standout features is the ability to dynamically show compatible accessories based on the specific options selected by the customer. This is a game-changer for us. Instead of explaining which accessories work with which configurations, the customer now simply selects their product options and instantly sees only the relevant accessories. It saves us time and prevents confusion — brilliant! As for the support — I’m genuinely impressed. Initially, I wasn’t completely happy with how the cart behaved after selecting options and hitting the "Add to Cart" button. The team immediately understood the logic behind my concern, responded quickly, and proposed a perfect solution. They implemented it right away, and now everything works exactly as it should. If I could give more than 5 stars for the support team, I absolutely would. Outstanding job!
