Easy to use interface with great customization options. I had an issue with one of the options and customer service helped me out in a timely manner. Would recommend this app to anyone running a Shopify store.

Easify is so user friendly and allows me to easily add customised options for my customers to choose from. Easify customer service has also been incredibly helpful and fast. They helped me with the back end code to alter the look of my packing slips and confirmation emails. Worth every dollar - highly recommend!

It's brilliant to be able to have so many options. The chat help is fabulous too if you ever need it.

Seems pretty straight forward and easy to use. Is able to provide me the additional options and logic needed to customize my products. Customer Support is fast and quick to respond (thanks Liv)

This rating is for Clove from customer support who did great in trying to help me resolve the issue I was having. Though I found out that the app does not currently support what I need under the conditional logic, I would say I am impressed with the quick assistance from Clove and the fact that she understood what I was explaining which was a little tricky to understand if she was not paying attention but she did understand and was very patient. For customer service and their readiness to accept feedback to improve their app, I give this app 5 stars.

Clove was incredibly patient and helpful while I was trying to navigate how the app works. Taking the time to go step by step to make sure I understood how things worked.

I had an issue with adding add-on products and couldn't quite figure out how it would show up on the checkout...luckily the support team was able to work efficiently to fix/ figure out a solution.

Easy to set up, even for this old guy. Works well... I'm sure there is somethings I could be doing better, overall I'm pleased. Our setup looks clunky, and I'm unsure how to fix it. But it doesn't bother the customer. We have sold over $6000 in merchandise that we have personalized in just the first couple of months. Definitely making a difference!

I would recommend this "Easify Product" to all users ... Their service staff Violete, Tracy was responsive and prompt. I'm totally satisfied with the whole experience.

This app solved a problem we've been struggling with for 5 years, and without a hefty monthly price that we could never afford as a small business of 3 people. Can't recommend it enough <3
