Hands down the best options app you will ever need! The development team is super quick and Viollette was super great at communicating and getting my specific issue sorted within 2 business days! Previously used infinity options, which lacked this level of support. Now migrating all my option sets over to Easify. Thankyou again Team

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. All the time I spent setting up this app feels like a complete waste. So many errors—literally dozens of them. Even the basic functions don’t work. Today, my customer made a payment, but the options I set through this app were not reflected during checkout, so I had to send the product at a loss. I can’t believe such a ridiculous situation is happening! And when I tried to report this critical error, I couldn’t even access the app. This is by far the worst, absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Amazing app. It's very easy to navigate and gives me what I'm looking for without needing to be a tech-wizz. Support is also fantastic - I spoke to Violette and it was a breath of fresh air being able to speak to a real person who knew what they were talking about and resolved my issue while being empathetic to me!

So far we are happy with how easy the app is to use and they offer endless choices for customizing product options. Excellent customer service 24/7. No complaints. Very technical and they don't mind hours to dig into my problems App have so many features which is outstanding than others. They follow the trend to develope new features. That is not too many apps will do. Very clear instruction and guidelines. Video course is great for beginner. I am glad that I can use this app.

This app is easy to navigate and has all the options I need for my products. I had a little trouble setting up the options I needed for an item and Violette helped me so much via the chat. She was able to record a video showing me the steps I needed to take and I was able to get everything set up the way I wanted. She was a great help!!

Works perfectly, and has tons of options. I cant imagine a situation where it wouldn't work. There was a slight bug that happened with my theme and when i contacted them the had it fixed the next day. Really fantastic support and functionality. Would def recommend.

Absolutely amazing app. I have used different options apps on a previous website but this absolutely surpasses every single one. The options are endless adding everything you could possibly one. I also wanted to increase the box hight of my text input area when it was showing custom fonts and Violette helped me instantly! Cannot recommend using this app!

Amazing app. Easy to use and a great selection on option sets to choose from with easy customisation with colour and fonts and sizes. Customer service is incredible. always able to help and i haven't ha a question that has gone un answered and they always fix any issues i have extremely quickly as-well. highly recommend.

This app is saving me so much hassle when trying to make products with a LOT of variants. I have an Art Gallery which sells prints on multiple mediums and has multiple Floater Frames etc. Now I just make a base product (the image/scan of painting) and let this app work it's magic. The images even change when selecting options. The customer service is top notch and they even help you set things up. Definitely recommend this app and the team for your store.
