Some missing features, but the team is great to work with and has helped figure out solutions throughout the process. Definitely test out your integrations to make sure they are working as expected and data is not being lost.

The Easify app is very versatile and there are so many features available just on the free version. Support staff are also very quick to reply and assist you. I was able to get assistance within a few minutes to change the size of a checkbox. A solid app with solid service!

So far this app is doing what I need it to do. There are a few things that I would like to have more streamlined, but I have yet to find an app that does. Now, that being said, I can say that any issues I have had, have been taken care of swiftly and kindly. I had an issue with the code not working properly with my packing slips, as well as the customer's cart looking like a hot mess. Violette was able to get these things fixed amazingly.

I went to the app to ask for help and Violette came online. She quickly fixed my issue and was very helpful in telling me how to use the app. I just added it tonight and was more than surprised to get help at 9pm at night. Thank you so much!

This app was just what our organization needed to gather a few more details from customers before checkout, especially since our operating model would not really justify "advanced" or "plus" plans. As a free user, I did not expect the real-time chat support to be so amazing. They really do know Shopify and their apps better than anyone and could not have been more helpful with my issue (which was more a theme problem). We will definitely start with EasifyApps when we look to make our site more functional.

THE ABSOLOUTE BEST OPTIONS APP!!! I have used many different variant options apps over the last 10 + years for printed custom products and so far this one has been the BEST !! Its user friendly and super easy to setup with many options available! So far I cannot fault it! I'm new to this app, like just installed it. I knew I had a lot of options to offer my customers and needed to figure out the best way to accomplish it. I received some amazing help from Charles. He listened to all my needs and figured out the best layout for the customer. Kept me in the loop during the design process and then sent a video of how to accomplish it on my end. Now I no longer feel overwhelmed. Best customer service ever! He went the extra mile so I could showcase the best product choices for my customers. No limits is what I would easily call this company. I highly recommend this app. We use this app for multiple stores and it provides wonderful solutions no matter what you might need to solve. On top of a great app the Support Team is amazing. They are always willing to jump in and see how the can help and have been great providing us with work-arounds or solutions to any issues/changes we need.

Violette, Lich, and Charles have gone above and beyond to help me in the setup of Easify. The app is extremely capable and we've seen great success with up-selling customers using this app. The only reason I needed help with the setup was due to my user error. I haven't found any situations where this app has limitations that affect our goals. We have complex systems in place and Easify integrated in very nicely. Thank you Easify team!
